Targeting Success: INTARSO’s Brand Identity Transformation for Modern Shooters

The Client

INTARSO is a shooting target manufacturer based in Germany that helps shooting sports athletes, hunters, and practical shooters to improve their shooting performance by providing reliable electronic target systems and easy-to-use target shooting software.

Action

With the newly redefined brand strategy, the old brand identity design no longer aligned with or reflected the brand’s true values and vision. Additionally, it appeared visually outdated, failing to embody the core concept of driving innovation within the industry.

We had to craft a new brand identity that would align with the new brand strategy and appeal to three defined product users – sports shooting athletes, hunters, and practical shooters. The new brand identity needed to feel modern, and innovative, convey reliability and seriousness. At the same time, it needed to be welcoming and open because of the goal to bring the shooting community together via shared experiences.

The INTARSO’s mission was incorporated into the new logo – helping users analyze, learn, and improve their performance. This concept is visually represented by a split target symbol — one side reflecting the visible product and the other, a dotted section, representing the analytical insights provided by the software. The broader visual system builds on this idea, integrating circles, targets, and dots to represent precision, technology, and performance analysis.
