Hammerleds is a hardware startup focused on creating bendable, indestructible turn signals for off-road motorcycles.

Their objective was to conceptualize and assess a value proposition within potential markets, specifically evaluating demand in both the USA and European markets.

Additionally, the aim was to conduct market validation to elicit insights from potential customers, comprehending their requirements, preferences, and challenges, while also analyzing their behavioral patterns and communication preferences.

Hammerleds use case

For our client, the decision was made to tap into the existing community on Facebook groups and forums. Prototypes were openly shared, along with discussions about the proposed product, and inquiries about alternative solutions used by the community.

Simultaneously, an in-depth analysis of competitor products and alternative solutions was conducted to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses. Special emphasis was placed on understanding the certification requirements of different markets, as production and certification costs were contingent upon these factors.

Drawing from interviews with the target audience and an examination of competitor strategies, as well as a deep dive into the language and communication styles prevalent among motorcyclists, the core messaging and website content were tailored to resonate authentically with potential clients.
